DELIVERY AND PICK UP OPTIONS

 

We pride ourselves on having a flexible approach to collection of Paintings and Items you may purchase. 

-If you're coming down to the Isle of Wight and wish us to store your purchased painting or item for you to collect then contact us to arrange : )

 

-If you live on the Island we can deliver to you so just let us know : )

 

-For posting / delivering to the mainland we will need to speak to you to get a quote. If a piece is large it's often cheaper to come across in the car or a van and pick up the painting. Enjoy a day on the Island or make a weekend of it : ) We can also get quotes for delivery and let you know the cost and arrange the collection from us.

 

-Alternatively if you have your own favourite shipping company and would like to organise them to come across and collect from us we will be pleased to help with their collection from us.

 

It's all doable ; )

RETURNS

*Items bought in the Gallery at 4 High Street, Seaview, IOW PO34 5ES are not returnable.*

 

Items bought and viewed via this website and therefore NOT viewed in the gallery or via additional emailed photos, can be returned within 10 days of receipt. 

However they must arrive in the condition in which they were shipped to you.

 

Any perceived faults with the item must be reported to us within 3 days. Communication is key and we will do our very best to put a problem right. : ) 

Please send an email or text so it is dated with photos of any issues. Please also keep packaging.

 

To be eligible for return the item/painting must be in the unused, same condition as it arrived in. The original packaging should be used if it is in a suitable condition but reinforced or totally replaced on return should this be the practical and common sense choice.

Please note - *No Postage/delivery costs (neither to you nor returning to us) will be refunded.*


Returning your item that was bought via our online shop because you have changed your mind? 

-The return postage/delivery will be paid by you. 

-The item must arrive back to us in its original, dispatched to you, condition to be able to get a full refund. 

-Any returned item must arrive within 10 days. 

-It must be very well and securely wrapped to a high standard protecting corners of frames/canvases and extra protection to make sure canvases and boards are covered, supported and reinforced. 

-Small items must also be well packaged so no breakages occur. Parcel must be tracked and proof of posting acquired on dispatch.

-There must be tracking and proof of posting on all returned items/parcels or no refund will be made. This is exceptionally important should it go missing in transit. 

We suggest you get insurance for the painting or item from your delivery/postage provider. 

 

Please note - *No Postage/delivery costs (neither to you nor returning to us) will be refunded.*

 

On return of the Painting or item it will be inspected and assessed. 

-You will receive an email informing you it has arrived and refund or part refund etc. discussed, agreed and processed. 

-This will be applied to your original method of payment or sent by Bank Transfer.

-Some situations mean that only a partial refund will be made or no refund (if applicable). 

-These are, but not limited to - Item isn't in original condition, is damaged, smoke damage, has missing parts - for reasons not due to our error OR any item returned more than 10 days after purchase.

 

The Following types of goods are exempt from being returned or refunded:

-Custom, Bespoke or made to order items.

-Items acquired by us for you where the item wouldn't normally be available/stocked.

-Sale/February Promotion Event Items.

-Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded.

 

*To complete your return,  we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
